Selling on Veriroo
Veriroo is built for trust. Buyers pay first, you approve release (MFA), then you ship — and we keep a clear provenance record.
The simple flow
- Enrol as an Artist and complete your Seller setup (dispatch / returns basics).
- Create a listing with images, description, edition details and shipping terms.
- Buyer pays and the order enters Pending Release.
- You approve release (passwordless sign-in + MFA) — this prevents impersonation.
- You ship using the dispatch address on file; tracking is recorded.
- Payout is processed via Stripe Connect once the order is released and captured.
What you need to sell
- Dispatch / collection address (private) — where you ship from.
- Returns address (can be the same as dispatch).
- Contact phone (private) — used only for delivery issues and urgent order questions.
- Shipping coverage (domestic / selected / worldwide) and a handling time.
- Returns policy basics (accepted or not, and the window).
- Rights confirmation — you must have the right to sell what you list.
Payout details are collected later via Stripe Connect (we don’t store your bank details inside Veriroo).
Shipping & disputes
- Packaging matters: use protective packaging for fragile works; photograph packaging for higher-value items.
- Tracking: always use a tracked service for anything of value.
- Damage on arrival: buyers may be asked for photos within a short window to support a claim.
- Secure Transfer: release approval + audit trail helps prevent fraudulent “not received” scenarios.
Payouts
When payouts are enabled for your account, Veriroo will guide you through Stripe Connect onboarding. Your payout status will be visible in your Account area.
